Die Weinlese erfolgt von Hand.<\/p><p><strong><span class=\"s2\">Weinherstellung e Ausbau<\/span><\/strong><\/p><p class=\"p3\">Nach einer 30\/40-t\u00e4gigen Lagerung in kleinen Kisten in einer bel\u00fcfteten Umgebung werden die Trauben gepresst. Die G\u00e4rung findet in Stahltanks bei kontrollierter Temperatur statt, wo der Most f\u00fcr die Dauer der Mazeration, die normalerweise nicht weniger als 10 Tage betr\u00e4gt, verbleibt. Nach dem Abstich wird der Wein in Tanks gelagert, um die alkoholische und malolaktische G\u00e4rung abzuschlie\u00dfen. Am Ende des Prozesses wird der Wein f\u00fcr mindestens 12 Monate im Tank veredelt. Nach der Abf\u00fcllung kommt er nach einem weiteren Ausbau von 6 Monaten in den Handel.<\/p><p><strong><span class=\"s2\">Organoleptische Eigenschaften<\/span><\/strong><\/p><p class=\"p3\">Intensive rote Farbe, mit feinen und eleganten Aromen und Noten von reifen Fr\u00fcchten, die von Kirsche bis Pflaume reichen, kennzeichnen diesen Wein. Am Gaumen ist er vollmundig und angenehm ausgewogen. Ein Wein mit einer bemerkenswerten Struktur, der sich f\u00fcr einen langen Ausbau in der Flasche eignet und seine besten Eigenschaften 3 Jahre nach der Abf\u00fcllung zum Ausdruck bringt.<\/p><p><strong><span class=\"s2\">Passt gut zu\u2026<\/span><\/strong><\/p><p class=\"p3\">Rotem Fleisch im Allgemeinen, auch gut zu Wild und reifem K\u00e4se.
