Lugana is the wine that kicks off the production of Colli Vaibò, in fact it is the most representative, produced and marketed.

On an organoleptic level, Lugana, on the nose, has a floral bouquet with clear hints of citrus. In the mouth, on the other hand, its freshness, savoriness and acidity stand out, making it a lively wine with an important structure.

Lugana RESERVE DOC
Regarding the organoleptic aspect, Lugana Riserva has delicate notes on the nose that hint at ripe fruit, saffron and honey. The palate is a smooth wine with tertiary aromas acquired during aging.

Lugana is paired with white meats, freshwater fish and shellfish, and soft cheeses.
LUGANA RESERVE
Lugana Riserva is the second Lugana wine produced by Colli Vaibò. It differs from Lugana DOC in that it is aged for one year in tank and six months in bottle.
It goes well with elaborate pasta dishes, with both grilled and steamed fish, with aged cheeses, and with white meats.
Lugana Riserva also improves during aging and is an important wine for its structure, elegance and complexity.
